Generally, I don’t really exercise regularly, but due to the fact that my health has been heading downhill since I took up a new job lately, the doctor recommended that I follow a thorough exercising regime. Nevertheless, I don’t really know what he meant by thorough exercises as normally I just have evening walks or head to the nearest swimming pool for a good time. Well lately, I have got a little time for myself as I am on vacation and in a foreign city, and I took the opportunity to search for some informative Fitness Travel Blog on a search engine, and the advices given by such blogs enlightened me tremendously. I got to know that by doing weight lifting and spending 20 minutes in jogging is very good for my health. These two exercises can be considered as very thorough exercises, as it provides you with a full body exercise. Well I am thinking about enrolling myself as a gym member, but I am contemplating about paying the high price for the gym membership. On second thoughts, perhaps I could purchase some good exercising gears which I can use at home? I believe that such purchases are more cost effective, don’t you think so?
