Well Kingston has certainly increased their market share considerably with the introduction of the SSDNow V Series 40GB Boot Drive. Of course, this particular drive features 40GB of SSD storage space, and it’s really affordable to purchase the drive, as it is retailed at NewEgg for only $84.99.
According to Kingston, they promise that the drive can offer read rates of 170MBps and write rates of up to 40MBps. On the other hand, the SSDNow V Series features a 2.5 inch form factor, which makes it the perfect miniature drive.
